My Plan of Action
Needs Your Vote of Approval…
My Platform: Top Priorities
-
Public Safety
As your elected City Council member, I will be empowered to turn twenty years of advocacy into action that will keep our neighborhoods and citizens safer through policing reforms, crime prevention strategies, victim advocacy, and transparency within the justice system.
-
Property Taxes
Atlanta has faced the challenge of rising property tax rates that disproportionately affect long-time residents, jeopardizing their ability to stay in their homes, threatening the stability of families, and undermining the vibrant, diverse community that has long defined our city. I remain committed to implementing tax relief programs and reassessing property valuation methods to combat the burden of escalating property taxes and ensure everyone can continue to call Atlanta home.
-
Education Reform
I will champion more parental involvement in curriculum decisions for our school districts, ensure every child has equal access to quality education, and advocate for skill-based trade learning to be added back into our public school systems for Electrical, Welding, Automotive Technology, Carpentry, Culinary Arts, Information Technology, Cosmetology, Robotics, and Construction Management.
Critical Issues To Resolve
-
Prioritizes the needs and voices of all Atlanta residents, ensuring access to resources and opportunities.
-
Supports local businesses, job creation, and initiatives that foster economic growth, particularly in underserved communities.
-
Promotes responsible urban planning that balances growth with environmental stewardship and preserves Atlanta’s unique character.
-
Committed to expanding affordable housing options for Atlantans to have access to affordable homes while addressing issues concerning predatory lending to new home owners.
“ I am here for you. Together we will make living in Atlanta better. ”
